Spotlighting a multi-skilled hero

Multi-talented TV presenter, producer and personality, Mark Evans has an unusual career. The former RSPCA chief vet, he is also an avid traveller with a penchant for all things scientific and is utterly nuts about cars.  With a 25 year, BAFTA-winning TV career, our brief was to raise his profile further and a clear proposition was required to quickly communicate his skill set.

Following insight and strategy sessions, we positioned Mark as: ‘Vet, Science Explorer, Petrolhead’. We developed a suite of on-message media and publicity materials, show and voicereels and an image bank.  And we maximised publicity around Mark’s prime-time Channel 4 programmes Jaguar: Making a Million Pound Car and Dogs: Their Secret Lives.

Using the shows as a shop window, we achieved high impact coverage across national and specialist media, all with Mark at the heart of the story.

We also handled personal representation for Mark, securing him ‘expert spokesperson’ slots for brands such as Tesco Bank (motor insurance) and celebrity speaking opportunities.

Alongside his impressive credentials and accolades, when we introduced Mark to the media he proved himself a ‘trustworthy and credible messenger’ – crucial elements of our Believability™ philosophy.
